"I had a great experience at this hotel! Every time i have stayed. The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff and service were truly wonderful—everyone was welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I also really enjoyed the pool area; it was clean, well-kept, and perfect for unwinding. View on Google"We booked two rooms for a three day event. The location was safe and near fast food (Starbucks, McDonalds), and the rooms were clean. The staff was really helpful-- we put up the Do Not Disturb placards to skip maid service, but the woman at the front desk switched out our towels when I asked, no problem. The refrigerator held 3 days of leftovers and snacks, so I was impressed, and unfortunately for me (but fortunately for my companions) the ac works great. The indoor pool was also very popular. My only critique is the shower never gets hot-- we managed to find warm, but it's one of those old school turn the knob 360 degrees kind of things, so it took more time than you'd want to first thing in the morning. Kind of rough, but we managed. Also there is a communal coffee setup near the front desk, but the hot water wasn't there, so no tea. I was also very grateful to the front desk who called after we checked out to let us know we'd left our apple watch behind. It saved us a lot of time and panic."
