"My experience was excellent, but I would say the best part was the service! From the front desk, Alfred, to the housekeeper, Vicky, everyone greeted us with a smile and top notch care. It was easily accessible for our trip to Disneyland. I hadn’t been to Disneyland in years but staying here made it easy for us to get in and out with the family. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"I dont know what the bad reviews were about but I recently stayed there from dec 21-23 and the front desk was super polite I didnt catch his name but he was nice and helpful and even said I had great energy☺️the room was amazing. It was clean and very comfortable. The cleaning ladies were nice aswell I do recommend going there😁"

"If you value a nice shower at the end of a long day walking around Disneyland in the heat, maybe look elsewhere. This place has its charm. The free breakfast in the lobby exceeded our expectations (waffle maker, cereal, hot scrambled eggs, toast, etc.) and the staff were all super friendly and inviting! There was a microwave & mini fridge in our room which was a nice surprise. However, I will say, the rooms were not the cleanest looking, with some smudged bugs on the walls. Although, the beds were very comfortable with 4 different pillow options. The AC blew very nice cold air all night. Unfortunately, the shower experience was a hard letdown… the shower head spits water at you like uncooked spaghetti noodles being shot in your back/face making it very unenjoyable. The shampoo & conditioner is what you’d expect from a value hotel, so definitely bring your own if you plan on staying more than a few nights. Overall, 3.5/5 stars, the rooms could use some work, but at the end of the day, would stay here again if it was the best deal!"
