The property itself is beautiful, with lovely landscaping that makes the whole hotel feel like a calm oasis right in the middle of the city. We also really appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel is — it’s rare to find a luxury property that makes traveling with a pup this easy and comfortable. And the location is unbeatable: perfect for walking around Santa Monica, easy beach access, and close to everything. A truly memorable experience — we’ll definitely be back!"

I’ve been lucky enough to stay at the Fairmont on several occasions, but my most recent visit over the Christmas and New Year holiday season of 2025 was genuinely special. From the moment I arrived, the attention to detail was outstanding. The festive decorations were beautiful, creating a warm, luxurious atmosphere. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and genuinely eager to help — service here is truly a standout. The variety and quality of food options were exceptional, with something to suit every taste. My Ocean Tower room offered an incredible view that made each morning feel like a privilege — for me waking up to that scenery never gets old. What really set this stay apart were the thoughtful little touches. Ringing in the New Year was made even more memorable with surprise gifts, including a cleverly put-together hangover kit, which perfectly blended a sense of humour and care for guests. It’s these small but meaningful details that show just how much thought goes into the guest experience. Highly recommend staying here! "The Fairmont Miramar is a beautiful and very clean hotel with spacious suites and an old-world charm that gives it a warm, classic feel. While some areas feel slightly outdated, it adds to the character rather than taking away from the experience. The suite was generous in size, with a very comfortable bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Everything felt well maintained and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay in Santa Monica.
