Candlelight Inn Napa Valley

"An exceptional experience. The place is beautiful and well-maintained, both in terms of upkeep and overall appearance. It is historic and extremely pleasant. The room was super comfortable and had all the amenities I could possibly need. For example, I had forgotten my makeup remover and was struggling to take off my makeup using just water, soap, and paper. It seems like a small thing, but having it provided in my bathroom was a very important detail for me. Every little detail was very thoughtfully considered. For instance, I am vegan and had informed them via email. They provided an excellent breakfast within my dietary restrictions. My husband had the standard meal, which was also great. Having a heated pool was fantastic — even in the cold winter, we were able to enjoy it. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the jacuzzi tub was large enough for a couple to use comfortably. I also have to mention the staff. Although I didn’t see many employees, the few I did meet were incredible — extremely friendly and efficient. I have no words to express how much I enjoyed my entire experience. I definitely recommend this place and fully intend to return!"

"What a wonderful place! My friend and I stayed at this lovely bed and breakfast and it met all our expectations. If you love cute, quaint and cozy cottage feels this sums it up. We stayed in the Lady Heather room and enjoyed this spacious room which includes a gas fireplace, in suite jacuzzi, views of the pool and backyard and a spacious balcony. Robes and espresso machine in room and daily housekeeping. The cherry on top is the daily 3 course breakfast. Everyday was different and so good! In the evening enjoy cookies, brownies and cheese plates. Staff were all wonderful and welcoming. Home is Oma quiet dead and street and only a few minutes from downtown Napa. Would stay here again!"

"We had an amazing time staying at the Candlelight Inn! The staff were friendly and informative. We got a tour of the property upon arrival. Breakfast everyday was delicious and the perfect way to start our day before exploring Napa. During breakfast one morning, a person came into the breakfast room and was demanding to check in and be placed ‘in the best room in the place!’ The staff was able to calm her down and got her to leave the property without disrupting any guests in the dining room. Our room was clean and felt cozy! The fireplace in our room was wonderful for the cold nights. The pool is heated and feels so good to get into after a long day! We highly recommend staying here!"
