"We were in town for the IndyCar weekend at Laguna Seca, and We have had the most wonderful stay at The Old Monterey Inn. Everything from the rooms, to the breakfast, the fridge with soft drinks, yogurt & water fully stocked for guests to enjoy, to the stunning grounds was done brilliantly. Wendy & her staff are fantastic and extremely helpful and friendly. The cheese n wine buffet from 4pm - 6pm is a lovely touch and allowed us to mingle with other guests which was really nice. I would happily stay here again because it’s just outstanding. Thank you Wendy for making our stay so enjoyable. Dee & Mark"

View on Google"Spectacular service! What a charming property. We got the Stonleigh room which has a really large jacuzzi tub and is outside of the main building. It has its own private entrance which we appreciated since it was secluded from the other rooms. The inside of the main building is historical and well kept, the dining area is so pretty but we chose to have our breakfast in the room since we like to sleep lol. Don’t let the property cat in your room, he will tempt you :) The king bed is super comfortable, had a tv and a fireplace!! I loved the duvet, it was like s cloud. I loved our stay. The breakfast is also done well (yummy coffee). The property manager gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary. Overall, a wonderful experience!!!:)"

View on Google"WOW ! This is by far the BEST ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Bed and Breakfast we have stayed at. Wendy’s hospitality was above and beyond. The place is very well kept inside and out and the entire staff is very friendly. Also very quiet! We enjoyed each breakfast the Wendy had made, and she even shared here recipe (herb baked eggs) with us. The afternoon wine and cheese offering was top notch. The wine is Silvestri from a local winery. We also enjoyed the fact that is was close to Warf, dining, Point Lobos, 17 mile Dr. Don’t hesitate to book your next stay in Monterey here, you will not be disappointed! Rex & Lisa"
