"This has officially become my favorite hotel to recommend to friends and family. The location is unbeatable, and it’s always my go-to whenever I’m visiting LA. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff and their exceptional hospitality. During one of our stays, my boyfriend and I experienced an issue with our smoke alarm, and the Palomar team went above and beyond to make things right. When we returned the following weekend, the assistant manager, Jeremi, was incredibly welcoming and made our stay truly unforgettable. We were greeted with the sweetest surprise in our room—a beautiful display with wine and snacks—which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. Jeremi was an absolute light and a true gem of the hotel. He consistently checked in, assisted us with anything we needed, and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. His hospitality alone is a reason to return. 10/10 experience—can’t wait to stay here again."

View on Google"When I checked in late in the afternoon there were several others from my group checking in at the same time. Even though there was a mad rush at the counter,Jeremi, Jade, and Bridgett were friendly with all the customers. Their good natured personality made the process fun and easy. The rooms were very nice and clean and up-to-date. When I saw that one side of the building had beautiful views of downtown and the ocean I went down and joked with Jeremi That I hoped to get a room on that side of the building next time. Without even asking, he quickly changed my room, and I had a beautiful view of the city. I would easily stay here again because of the location to UCLA and the great customer service."

View on Google"We were very impressed! First off the hotel staff went above and beyond for our son's 8th bday, leaving him the nicest celebratory bundle in the room. He loved it! The amenities are great- our kids loved the game lounge, we got to enjoy wine hour, nice coffee in the morning. Nice pool and gym that we didn't get to use. Will 100% be back when we're in the area!"
