About The Hotel

Tucked away in the lush Beverly Hills landscape, this hotel offers something special for hot tub lovers: stunning in-room whirlpools that make relaxation feel like a five-star experience. Each suite comes with a private Jacuzzi that overlooks either the hotel’s beautiful gardens or the city skyline. Imagine soaking in warm bubbles after a long day exploring Los Angeles.

Guests really like this place, ranking it #18 out of 436 hotels in Los Angeles with a stellar 4.7 rating on TripAdvisor. The in-room hot tubs are a major reason why. They’re not just tubs - they’re personal spa retreats where you can unwind in total privacy. The water jets massage away stress, and the design feels luxurious without being overly fancy.

Beyond the hot tubs, the hotel offers classic amenities like room service, a restaurant, and a pool. But let’s be honest - the in-room Jacuzzis are the real star. Whether you’re a traveler wanting to pamper yourself or a couple seeking a romantic getaway, these hot tubs deliver pure relaxation. Pro tip: Request a garden-view room for the most peaceful soaking experience.

"A True Sanctuary of Luxury and Warmth … We’ve been coming to Hotel Bel-Air for six years, and it never fails to impress. From its serene gardens to its celebrity-studded history, this hidden oasis has hosted everyone from Hollywood icons to royalty, offering true privacy and an exclusive escape from the outside world. From valet to the front desk (special thanks to Bree and Emma), to The Restaurant (where Chef Joe Garcia’s culinary artistry always shines and Misha is the most fabulous server of all time), to The Spa, bell staff, and housekeeping … every member of this impeccably trained team delivers flawless five-star service: warm, genuine, and always making us feel like family. I hope I haven’t left any department out, because every single person here deserves a standing ovation. It’s our favorite Los Angeles retreat, a peaceful sanctuary where we can truly unwind. We often spend entire weekends here without ever leaving, enjoying breakfast, lunch, and dinner through room service or at The Restaurant, which is always exceptional. Every stay feels like a VIP experience: personal, indulgent, and unforgettable. Hotel Bel-Air is our home away from home, and we always look forward to returning. Thank you all very much for always hosting and taking care of us. - Kathryn Dean"

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for my birthday and were truly impressed. This experience although pricey, was worth every penny. From the moment we arrived we truly felt special. Valet was kind and professional, the front desk was truly kind and provided a complimentary upgrade from my birthday. Upon entering the room a bottle of champagne, small birthday cake, and fresh fruit were placed in our room acknowledging my birthday, which was such a nice touch. The room was immaculate!!!! Very well kept, with linens crisped, white, and stainless. There was a fountain outside of our room, which was wonderful because whenever we went to use the restroom, you could hear the fountain while you’re in the bathroom, which gave it a tranquil feel. This was room 472 if you want that room. The bathroom was well kept and cleaned. The small private courtyard was quaint and peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable. We attended their High Tea and it was just lovely. It was peaceful, the tea and sandwiches were great. Also the desserts were delicious and extra was given to us again because of my birthday. Their live jazz in the evening was great and musicians were so kind. Breakfast was brought to our room the next morning and was delicious. We ask for a special request of beet juice and was accommodated. The spa was amazing. Everything was beautiful and perfect and the massage put my husband to sleep. Again, they provided a small gift in celebration of my birthday. The pool area was gorgeous and peaceful because we got there before the kids arrived and a lot of fun with great drinks. I cannot thank this hotel enough for making my birthday a wonderful one. The small details in every thing we did in celebrating my birthday meant so much. We highly recommend this location and will be back again. To note: pets are allowed, however you can request to be moved away from them like we did during high tea."

"Mariah, Neil, and Devon are absolutely amazing. The concierge team at Hotel Bel-Air goes above and beyond every time. It’s always a pleasure working with them — professional, warm, and incredibly reliable. One of the best concierge teams I’ve ever worked with."
