What guests are saying about Best Western Royal Palace Inn & Suites:
"An older building, but the rooms are well-maintained and clean. Ours was on the side away from the traffic, and while small it had a separate sitting/dressing/TV room and a small balcony. We stayed for five days, and every single staff person was welcoming and helpful - beyond expectations. Breakfast was good, with a fun pancake machine. We were grateful for the small inexpensive coin laundry. The location is great, close to public transit, freeways, attractions. My high rating is for the hospitality of the staff. Parking is not included, but that is normal in LA. That said, it is tight, and involves low clearance and tight turns - definitely not for pickups. There are stairs to all the rooms - there is a freight elevator, but if you need an accessible room you should check with the hotel. The helpful staff will do what they can to assist you."

View on Google"Read recently took a trip to los angeles. This past weekend and we booked two rooms for our large family. The assistant managerFred is absolutely amazing. 2 of my sons checked in earlier, and they had surrounds with them, and Fred offered to allow my kids to lock their bikes into a room down on the 1st floor where they could keep an eye on it. And it would be safe, amazing. Amazing customer service. Such a genuine, nice property. All of the staff was very accommodating. I can't say enough good for the assistant manager check-in. Was an absolute breeze. The breakfast was amazing. The rooms were extraordinarily large and very clean. This is going to be the only place we see. Stay on all our future trips to LA I can't say enough good about this hotel"
