"Premium 2 Queen Room. Ambiance is wonderful. Front desk, especially Colin, provided top notch, friendly service. Apples, cookies & coffee in lobby with fireplace adds a special touch. Water bottles & water dispenser another touch. Location good for shops, restaurants but too far a walk to the beach for anyone with slight mobility. issues. Beach is a short drive. Beds super comfy with luxury linens. Room is spacious, spilt bathroom w double sinks perfect for travelers cleaning up at same time. Room very quiet. Parking provided an added feature w close street parking usually available if hotel parking is full. Would definitely stay here again and again."

View on Google"Excellent hotel with nice rooms and great location. Check in was fast and efficient. Free coffee and biscuits in lobby on arrival. Short downhill walk past lots of bars, restaurants to beach area. Busy even in October. All facilities provide in room for a very comfortable stay."

The staff was thoughtful enough to reach out about our late check-in, which was a nice touch. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed. However, the bathroom situation could use some improvement—the toilet door is see-through, which feels a bit awkward. Also, despite being advertised, there was no breakfast, and parking is quite limited. Nonetheless, it’s a great place overall, and I would highly recommend it for a stay in Carmel"
