"I checked out this morning after spending 3.5 days there with my cat. They have a big pool that stays open all hours. I ate breakfast there every morning and it was very good. I have no complaints. Staff was very friendly and helpful. As I said, I had my cat with me and upon checking in they asked if I would need a litterbox for her. I didn't because I had one but it was nice of to know that they could accommodate me if need be. I'd not eonly stay again, but I'd recommend this place to anyone!"

View on Google"The front desk staff & management at this location are so customer oriented. I booked a reservation through a 3rd party app, that unfortunately I had to cancel, Expedia didn't communicate with CIAS, but the front desk staff worked with me to resolve the issue and honored the refund policy/terms. Every winter, we stay here several weekends when we ski in Ghent and it's location and amenities are top notch for families looking for a great place to stay when in Beckley. Book your room here, the service, amenities, and staff are amazing!"
