What Guests Are Saying
“Very good staff. Great beds. Small TV but no problem for us. They improved the room lighting since our last stay a couple years ago. We were a little early and the first room we were given was close to the highway and noisy for one of us having a sleep problem. The lovely front desk gentleman said they would move us if we could wait for a room to be ready. No problem. They called 30 minutes later and the room was perfect. Quiet and with dark black out curtains. We had an excellent night’s sleep, nice breakfast, and will stay here again next time.” — 911didnotchangeme, 5 stars
“We spent 2 nights here on our way up the east coast. We were looking for rooms that were clean, in a good area, and had a free breakfast. Holiday inn express checked all those boxes! Checkin was quick and friendly, and the hotel was spotless. The rooms seemed a little small, but we didn’t spend much time there-no biggie. Breakfast had a lot of good options, and the hotel was close to lots of gas/grocery/food options! We’d highly recommend it if you’re in the area!” — katie126, 5 stars

What guests are saying about Holiday Inn Express Woodstock-Shenandoah.
"I ended up arriving very late, 1AM. It wasn't initially planned that way. Steven at the front desk was very nice, efficient and kind when we checked in. I asked if we could do a late checkout and he was fine with it. Room was clean and the bathroom as well. But a bit dated. Doesn't bother me. But it might others. Beautiful pool. Free breakfast was pretty good. No weird smells anywhere. It was perfect for our needs. Room furnished with TV, microwave, free wifi, mini fridge, coffee maker, iron and board, blow dryer. Everything you need. This hotel is 100% non smoking, and I love that."

View on Google"This was a nice stay on our way north. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast had lots of hot options. The coffee was pretty awful. It's a "grind and brew" style that took too long for the amount of people waiting for a single serve coffee. It was terrible and I ended up unable to drink it. I'm by no means a coffee snob, but every gas station coffee I've ever had was so much better. They'd do so much better with traditional drip coffee and people wouldn't have to wait so long."
