What Guests Are Saying
“Comfort Suites is aptly named because it is extremely comfortable, so comfortable that I had trouble leaving. The staff is awesome, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, were all so kind and helpful. My room was so pleasant, so clean with comfy beds, a great bathroom with hot water and soft fluffy luxury towels. The breakfast buffet is great. The food was tasty and bountiful. So many options from waffles to scrambled eggs, biscuits, gravy, cinnamon apples, potatoes, cereal, sausage…lots more. It kept me full all day. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were so much appreciated. I took full advantage of this area for destressing. All three times I was surprised not to see other guests. The lobby is gorgeous. So relaxing and it was decorated for Christmas. The 🌲 Christmas tree was beautiful. There’s free coffee and tea all day as well as refreshing ice water. Comfort Suites in Williamsburg, Virginia deserves high praises. As an added bonus there’s a city bus stop close by too. This hotel is managed, magnificently.” — Adrianna L., 5 stars
“My family had a room reserved an hour from here, but had car troubles and needed to get towed. I called a friend who I knew lived nearby, and they had a credit to this hotel from months ago. While my husband and I dealt with the madness of tow truck and tire shop and such late at night, my friend called this hotel. They were kind, empathetic, and professional. They switched the reservation into our name super smoothly, and we checked in there a couple hours later with no issues. The room was clean and beds were comfy, and they had a small indoor pool that I was able to take the kids to in the morning while my husband dealt with getting our car fixed. They were very kind the whole time. Truly they + my friend saved the day! Matthew was working the front desk, and he was so kind. Thank you!” — Carleigh R., 5 stars
“This was our first time staying at Comfort Suites, we were very impressed with our stay. The front desk was so welcoming and answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations about what to see and do. Rooms were super clean, housekeeping came by every day and were friendly. Breakfast was always stocked full and hot, waffles were great!! It looks like there are a lot of other hotels in Williamsburg, we definitely picked a great one and will for sure come back!!!” — Stacy C., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Comfort Suites Williamsburg Historic Area.
"I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! The staff was CRAZY friendly and helpful. The hotel is well kept, clean, and modern. The suites were very large and well appointed, but I would have loved some hooks on the wall! Location is very central to everything. We were very impressed and would absolutely stay here again. Only cons were the fact that there was some room to room noise - we could hear the people next to and above us sometimes. White noise while trying to sleep drowned it out no problem though."

View on Google"I have nothing but praises for the Comfort Suites in Williamsburg.. Everything was exceptional. The front desk staff is awesome, as is the housekeeping staff who kept my room looking so beautiful and tidy. Rooms are spacious with cozy beds and plenty of storage space. The bathroom had such nice quality towels, folded perfecty. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were so therapeutic and healing and much appreciated. Breakfast is a bountiful buffet of tasty foods like biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, potatos, waffles, cinnamon apples, sausage and much more. Coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day. Comfort Suites is aptly named because it really is full of comfort. Guest laundry, a game room, and fitness center are other amenities. A big thank you to Matthew at the front desk who should be nominated for employee of the year. He's a fabulous employee. Matthew was so kind and helpful. Mario at the front desk was so sweet to offer me food from the buffet because I had to check out at five in the morning to catch a train. He was great. I highly recommend staying at this property. It's really the best place to stay."
