“This hotel met my standards as someone who comes to VA Beach often for quick overnight trips. Quick check in, great parking, clean room, great views! Where they EXCEEDED my expectations was in the kind front desk staff and friendly staff we met along our stay in other positions of employment (breakfast was light but well stocked, cleaning staff was warm and friendly). Upon checking out I inquired if I could park for a fee for the day, they replied that since it was a weekday during the off season I was welcome to park on the facility as a valued hotel guest and I may return upon necessity throughout the day to use any bathroom facilities needed. “We have had an amazing experience with this whole visit, housekeeping checks in you daily, front deskman Isaiah was extremely helpful with all the things, we arrived a day before our original booking, several hours before check in completely exhausted from our drive from illinois. Isaiah was kind and helpful enough to get us a room right then and there so we didnt have to wait for check in to sleep.
