Boardwalk Resort and Villas
"3.7-rated oceanfront studio-and-suite resort on 16th Street with pool and top location score."
About The Hotel
Boardwalk Resort and Villas is a 3.7-rated oceanfront resort on Atlantic Avenue at 16th Street with a pool, a bar, beach access, and one of the best location scores in the cluster (4.7). Rooms are studio-and-suite layouts with kitchenettes rather than standard hotel rooms. Reviewer flags focus on water pressure, noise between rooms and the studio layouts’ compact size — a value oceanfront timeshare-style property rather than an in-room-jacuzzi property. Free parking and the central-boardwalk location are the honest draws. Best for travelers wanting an oceanfront studio close to the central boardwalk at a value rate.

View on Google"I just completed a 3 night stay here at Boardwalk Resort and Villas. I stayed in room 505, which is an 1 Bedroom Suite with Ocean View. Overall the room was great, with modern appliances and all the cookware you could need on a vacation. The floor looked a little worse for wear with some cracking and the tub wasn't in the greatest of shape, but overall it was a clean room, and being the off-season, a great price too. My only real issue would be the provided WiFi. The speeds I got were around 20mbps down and 1mbps up. In the year 2025, this is abysmal, and pretty much the worst speeds of any hotel I have ever stayed at. So if I had one piece of advice for this hotel, that would be to upgrade your internet."
