The facilities are clean, modern, and exceptionally well maintained. Both the meeting space and guest rooms were comfortable and created a welcoming, professional environment for our group. The location is ideal—conveniently situated near major roads with ample complimentary parking, which made logistics easy for all attendees. Service throughout the weekend was truly exceptional. The kitchen staff went above and beyond, delivering meals that were not only well-prepared but notably better than what we typically encounter at similar venues. Their attention to detail and presentation did not go unnoticed. We also want to recognize Joanna White, who supported us throughout the pre-booking process. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made planning our event smooth and stress-free. “Had a reservation to stay 10 days at a nearby Springhill suites but when we arrived 1 day early, they were sold out and could not accommodate us. I called Springhill Suites Dulles Airport and spoke to Tom. He was incredibly helpful and so kind! It was 11:45 PM and we were so tired. The cost of a room was really high so I wanted to use points. He helped me with everything and welcomed us in! I had such a wonderful experience with Tom that I would have changed our entire 10 days to this hotel if not for the fact that the other Springhill Suites would have charged us for canceling. “Jennifer at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful during my entire stay. I got stranded in DC on my way to Europe due to storms, so rather than fight the crowds at the airport the next day, I stayed over an extra day to see the sites at the National Mall and visit the Smithsonian. Jennifer gave me terrific advice as to where I could get the needed winter wear and was extremely helpful in assisting me with boxing up the items to send home while I continued on my trip. Shout out to Tom also, who checked in this weary traveler when I arrived at 2:00am after multiple flight delays. Great job, Springhill Dulles staff!!” — Jennifer H., 5 stars
