"On our way to Florida when Winchester Marriott cancelled our reservation due to a water issue but referred us to another further down the 81 in Roanoke. Arrived and they took care of the new booking without any problems. Wonderful after a 10 hour drive. Rooms clean front desk professional and Bar and restaurant service attentive and wonderful friendly. Bar food excellent simple and fairly priced. Hotel quiet and had a wonderful one night stay!"

There are plenty of places to eat and nice if you would like to go downtown Roanoke but not pay for the overpriced hotel(s) downtown. Easy check-in & check-out process(es). I loved the fact that I did not have to pay for parking either. The complimentary breakfast was also a plus. I will definitely be back."
