About The Hotel

Homewood Suites by Hilton Reston is a 4.4-rated (93 reviews) LEED Silver certified extended-stay Hilton on Business Center Drive, with in-suite full kitchens, free breakfast, Peloton fitness center, pet-friendly rooms, and near-perfect subratings (cleanliness 4.8, rooms 4.8, service 4.6, sleep 4.7). No pool or hot tub advertised — this is a business/family extended-stay suite property, not a spa hotel. 2.8 miles from Reston Town Center and 7.9 miles from Dulles. Candid recent flags: cat-urine smell on pet-floor rooms (first two floors are dedicated to pets), disputed credit card holds and charges, a new $10 parking fee that reviewers call a rip-off in a suburban location with ample outdoor spaces, and a rude check-in report. Request a non-pet floor at booking.

What Guests Are Saying

“Front desk person Omar seriously lacks basic customer service principles. Didn’t welcome us or share hotel info. Kept typing on computer, told us ‘give me a minute’ assertively. Rude and unwelcoming.” — guest, 1 star

"My husband and I were attending an event in Vienna, Virginia, and had traveled about 800 miles over a couple of days. This hotel was really great‐-polite employees and clean rooms. It was also in a quiet and fairly secluded location. We could not have chosen a better place to stay."

"Great hotel in a decent location. I don’t know the area well but I came for a job fair. The rooms were great. Very clean, spacious, and fairly modern. Parking situation was odd but still ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you need a safe and comfortable place to stay while in NOVA/the DMV."

"A really great choice for the value. The staff was professional and friendly and the room was very spacious and clean. The kitchen is a huge plus. The one true downside was the automatic lighting in the bathroom and shower that tends to go out a few minutes. Scary when taking a shower or attempting to use the toilet. The engineer told us the box needed to be reset and it seemed ok or at least better after. Other than that, a great place."
