"A budget hotel with a priceless staff. That’s what you’ll get at the Super 8 Claypool Hill! This review is long overdue as I’ve been staying at this property in my hometown on & off for almost two years now due to a very exhausting ongoing personal family legal matter yet whether you’re staying for personal or professional reasons, and whether you’re from the area like I am or not, Sarah Tackett/ Regional Manager and her entire longtime team will make you feel right at home and like you’re family when you interact with everyone from the front desk to housekeeping. Though I can easily afford to stay down the road at the more upscale Holiday Inn, it’s only because of the staff at Super 8 that I return each time and as a former longtime Regional VP for various clients, these are the team members I cherished & valued and hence would do whatever it takes to retain them as they represent the heart & soul of my clients’ businesses. So do yourself a favor and experience the warmth & charm of Appalachia shown at Super 8 Claypool Hill and you’ll see why I said: A budget hotel with a priceless staff! PS: Make sure you say hello to Miss Patty and Miss Teresa in housekeeping as they’ll put a smile on your face each time!!"

(No snoking\damage) That's fine as long as I get my money back. Just different and I wasn't aware at first so it was a bit of a shock. Staff explained, very professional, when I called."
