I absolutely love coming to places where the first person you meet is friendly happy to help and welcomes you with a smile! Let's get Jamal to be the face and the expectation of every Holiday Inn in America!! I have zero complaints and I can't stop smiling because of how he welcomed me! That's just the welcome. The room is so clean and nice. I got the top floor with an amazing view of the setting sun.
