“I had been at the airport trying to rent a vehicle none were available I had no reservation after returning from Nigeria. I waited several hours until my phone charged and found my luggage that was wrapped in plastic cause immigration went through my things. I made a reservation with Enterpise that was over an hour away , got stuck in traffic jam. Once my Uber driver Klement got me to Enterprise they stated cause of my out of state license I had to have $600 on my card for cost of rental and deposit . My Uber driver drove me over an hour for them to tell me that . I’d been on a plane since dec8 and arrived dec9 and my uber helped me by checking and calling hotels and allowed me to use his charger. There was a hotel across the street and I went there. I was so grateful for this place the worker was polite and welcoming and also helped me with charging my device cause I have the wrong charger .
