“Let me just say this is a nice traditional Hilton. But is stands out to any 10star hotel for the customer service or should I say family. From the start when I checked in late India was happy to get me set up and ready for my nights stay. Then I get ready to leave in the morning and on my floor house keeping had the biggest smile on her face and wished me a great day. Then came walking to breakfast Tigerr was so happy amd helpful to get me all wrapped up to leave for the day only for me to pause so I could eat breakfast. It was right at 10 so Christina and Pat welcomed me in to a closing kitchen in order for me to have a great day. Asked the cook to prepare me fresh food I was just at awww and said I was okay with what they had and Christina insisted. I think Inheard her ask Rocko(the cook) with a smile on his face made me a delicious omelet. I thought wow they are just so nice to me, but it’s not just me another quest came right up and they took care of her. This is truly a great example of what makes it worth being away from my family to have them treat me like part of the hilton family. “I arrived late for my reservation due to late flight. Me being irresponsible, I did not call and notify the front desk and my reservation was cancelled. Luckily, Mrs. Roz took great care of me and not only did she rebook me right away, she made sure that I received the discounted price I received through my company’s rate.
