About The Hotel

Stone Manor Boutique Inn is a 4.8-rated boutique B&B on Mountain Road in Lovettsville, VA — one of the top-rated stays in the DC-metro exurbs. Near-perfect subratings across cleanliness (4.8), rooms (4.7) and service (4.9) hold up across 189 reviews. The amenity list confirms a shared hot tub on-property, along with gourmet breakfast, hiking, board games and pet-friendly rooms. The hot tub is shared rather than in-suite — confirm access at booking. Guest praise centers on the food, the hosts (owners named repeatedly) and the boutique-inn design. Candid flag: one low-rated wedding-guest review reports tasks falling on the bride and groom — the leisure-stay experience is consistently strong.

What Guests Are Saying

“It all started with our arriving a day ahead of schedule, or I should say night… We decided to drive straight through, from Florida… Realizing we would be arriving 12AM instead of 12PM December, we decided to call the owner-Manisha to request an early morning check-in, say about 8-ish (we intended to either stay in a hotel close by or a rest-stop… To our surprise, they offered to wait up for us, hence our arriving at 12AM in lieu of 12PM And that was just the beginning; From the moment we entered the property we knew we had chosen the perfect place to celebrate Christmas. Manisha, her husband and employee Flo were so gracious, friendly, accommodating, generous…hubby and I felt like Christmas with our family. Every breakfast was a feast…Yum-Yum… Our room, the bridal suite was spacious, comfy and adorable… We loved it so much, and seriously considered returning for our elopement. But, unfortunately our lives have overwhelmingly turned into a mountain of to-dos, which leaves us with little to no time… So we said “I do” just the two of us in our home. Love is all we need, right? The proprietors, Manisha and husband, couldn’t have been any more attentive and friendly, and thanks to Flo for meeting our every need and was so wonderful!!! {what an angel} Their hospitality was over and beyond our expectations. We loved our stay!!! Every bit of it, and will be back!!! Love, Sophia and Bruce” — Sophia L., 5 stars

“From the moment we walked in the door, we knew we had chosen the perfect place for a weekend get-away! The owners, Manisha and Prashant, are so friendly and welcoming, and the Stone Manor Inn is absolutely beautiful! Our room, the Manor Suite, was amazing - such a spacious room with lots of space to spread out, a super comfy bed, beautiful antiques, and a private porch. We had the most scrumptious breakfasts while we were there too. I wish the weather had cooperated a little (it was rainy and quite chilly), as there are beautiful outdoor seating areas and pretty gardens that we wanted to explore, but it was great to curl up in front of the fireplace in our room, relax and unwind.” — Missi S., 5 stars

“We stayed at the Stone Manor Inn for a weekend as we toured the local vineyards. The hosts were very welcoming and helped us organise a local driver for the wine tasting. As we were unable to get a taxi to the restaurant for dinner, the hosts drove us and made sure we got an excellent table. Their hospitality was over and beyond and we enjoyed every moment at the Inn. Definitely will go back again” — Angie, 5 stars

"This is a lovely B&B centered nicely between Lovettsville, Purcellville, and Hillsboro, not far from the WV state line. There are so many great places to eat, wineries, and local shopping, so the location was great! Breakfast was good too, and we LOVED our room. Manisha is so sweet and takes so many extra steps to ensure her guests are well cared for and have everything they could possibly want. She even indulged in luxurious sheets in every room! We stayed in the Turret Room and the bathroom alone with heated tiles, double sink, and jacuzzi tub was worth a stay. We were there a few days ago as a Christmas gift to each other, but will definitely be back in the summer to enjoy the rest of the property when it's warmer!"

"Simply put, Stone Manor is wonderful. From the grounds to the accommodations, the inn is beautiful, well-kept, and very cozy. My wife and I have stayed twice. We enjoyed the hot tub, took a starry walk on the grounds, and made ample use of the massive DVD library. The staff are welcoming and responsive, and the breakfast is delicious. We spent lots of time in nearby Harpers Ferry, taking in the history and lovely scenery along the Appalachian Trail. We will definitely be visiting again!"

"Stone Manor Boutique Inn is beautifully restored and furnished with each room more lovely than the next. It's very clean. The host are extremely welcoming with their fresh baked cookies, teas and coffee and assortment of fine wines. The breakfast is delightful with great fellowship or you can take it outside to the deck which opens to a lovely yard overlooking a wedding venue. It's one of my favorite places."
