“This was my second stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Hampton near Coliseum, and it won’t be my last. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend, and everything about it made for an easy, relaxing trip. The front desk staff, Lakishia, Kevin Holland, and Zane, were excellent. Friendly, helpful, and personable every time we crossed paths with them. Tiarra from housekeeping made sure we had everything we needed or wanted without us having to ask twice. There was also a young man running the breakfast area Saturday and Sunday mornings who kept things spotless, tables cleared, and food and drinks always stocked. I never got his name, but he deserves a shoutout too. The kids loved the pool, and breakfast was a pleasant surprise, well lit, spacious, and with a better assortment of food and drinks than I expected from a hotel breakfast. In the evenings, we ended up on the porch chairs outside, which became one of our favorite spots to unwind. With temperatures over 100 degrees that weekend, the cold lemon water in the lobby was a small but very welcome touch. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and I appreciated the bathroom nightlight since I’d forgotten my own. The fridge and microwave were great for storing leftovers, and parking was free and plentiful, which isn’t always a given these days. The location is convenient too, close to 64, restaurants, and a Target. Can’t wait for my third visit.” — “Burn &., 5 stars
“We ended up here after attempting to check-in at the Quality Inn down the street (which was disgusting). We made a last minute booking in the middle of the night. Staff was nice and able to get us in quickly. We were exhausted. Arriving as vendors for a local weekend convention. Our room was spectacular! So spacious and clean. Great breakfast of course. We didn’t have time to enjoy any amenities but there was a nice size pool, fitness center, lobby lounge, and plenty of parking for our vehicle and trailer. "Wonderful experience..The staff was very accommodating ( they would go that extar mile). They were kind and professional. Although, I encounter an evening front desk person that was very rude and disconnected. She would sit behind the desk watching something onscreen or her phone or chatting with someone. She even accused me of stealing a bag of chips from the store and argued with me even threatened to call the police. It was insulting. We stayed there 3 weeks and that woman never spoke to me throughout remaining potion of stay. By the way, I did not steal the chips I exchanged the ones I purchased for another brand prior to the incident. she accused me of taken 2 when I only had one. Outside of that the rooms are clean and well kept. The daily breakfast with waffles were great. I think I gained a little weight during my stay. It's a quite location and accessible to the mall and dinning places and the interstate. I loved my visit and the special friends I met from the staff to patrons staying there. I would go back. "O" I forgot to mention the pool area and exercise room are nice but the pool water is cold 🥶. Also, they've 24-hour free coffee. It's a great place to stay with good rates you may even leave with new friends. Make sure you ask for Kevin, he was phenomenal. His service and very calm demeanor puts you at ease knowing he's going to give you the best rate and that your check-in and out is going to be flawless. He and all the staff that worked the front desk (except the one lady who remained rude even after speaking to the manager about her why is she still there? I guess good help is hard to find), the maid service and the opperators that prepare and maintenance the breakfast area made our stay there complete. It's a keeper.."

View on Google"We had a wonderful experience from start to finish at Comfort Inn & Suites Hampton. I called ahead to ask for our 3 rooms to be together and Kevin was awesome to work with and got us all next to each other. Kevin remembered me from the call and was there throughout our stay. He treated us like good friends! It was such a nice entry and stay because of his hospitality, and the whole staff's was equally as amazing and accommodating. The rooms were very clean, especially compared to some of the other rooms we saw in Hampton that our friends were staying at. And the sound proofing is probably the best I've ever experienced in a hotel. You couldn't hear a thing in your room and the bathrooms were oddly sound proofed too so when you closed the door it felt like you were in a space bubble. It is walking distance to a gas station and super close drive to a big mall with lots of food, shopping, coffee and Target. Highly recommend staying here while in Hampton and if you are going to the Coliseum!! Shout out to Kevin for being the freaking best!!"
