“Wonderful Anniversary Stay Dear Team, We recently stayed at your hotel to celebrate our 23rd anniversary, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful one bedroom King Suite (Room 702), which made our celebration even more special. A special thank you to Thai lady at reception for his outstanding hospitality. He explained everything clearly and arranged all the amenities perfectly for us. The hotel is truly friendly, and we also enjoyed dining at restaurant. The food and service were excellent. “I prefer Doubletrees and always make a point to stay at them wherever I travel, and this one was easily the nicest one I’ve experienced. Extremely clean and modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The pool is beautiful and I was very pleased to see the lift chair so that mobility challenged people such as myself may also enjoy a swim. I only have 2 minor criticisms: the water in the shower only got to lukewarm at best, and the parking area is pretty far away, even the handicap spots. “The staff is very good, pleasant and knowledgeable. However the rooms are very much in need of renovation. The bed was probably the hardest I have ever attempted to sleep on. "Rooms were very clean and comfortable. No complaints except how long it takes the water in the sink to get hot. Other than that, I loved every minute of my stay."

View on Google"I hate giving only 4 stars because it's set in a very beautiful area. I will make a point to stay here every time I visit. There's nothing special about it other than the feeling of the hotel and the beauty surrounding it. It feels very upscale but not pretentious. The staff were nothing special. I tried to use digital means to contact them and even called down several times and no one answered. The guy at the front desk was nice enough but just doing his job, he tried to be pleasant. The restaurant has potential to be amazing but the food was not that good, the bartender was overworked and it was obvious and the breakfast in the morning was buffet for $18. The kind of buffet you get at the Hampton for free, waffles, fruit, and some hot eggs and meat. It was very overpriced. Also the walls between the rooms are super thin. You could hear everything between the walls and outside the room. Overall a very peaceful setting I would come to many times over, but it's flawed. I might be checking out early just because the staff is unresponsive."

View on Google"Though the hotel was older, I felt for the money I paid, it was worth the money. The young lady who helped me was AaaaaaMAZING!!! The room could have been a tad more clearner as i seem some scuzzy stuff around the corners of the floor, but overall, I was happy with what I got. I loved how the TV said my name! The bed was a little firm for my liking but it was clean and best of all the room smelled nice and NO smoke smell! There is even body soap in the shower encase you don't have any. The man restaurant bar tending was a nice man! Overall, I recommend!"
