What Guests Are Saying
“I PAID $75 TOTAL for this room. The room is spotless, modern and recently updated, with a spacious bathroom. Really nice pool, friendly front desk, quiet. Directly next-door to Ghostly Manor and 10 minutes from Cedar Point. I highly recommend.” — Ken J., 5 stars
“Awoken by bedbug bites the first night. Staff was accommodating and gave us a choice of an upgrade or money back. The second room was worse than the first and when we left in the middle of the night we were told to contact the booking site for a refund.” — Noodles3316, 1 star

"Surprisingly nice motel. Unbelievable value. If you’re looking for the best, cheapest option in town—you’ve found it. Free breakfast of coffee, waffles, and cereal. Checkout was at 11. The room was clean enough—could’ve use a mopping—but a superb space for $35/night."

View on Google"Extremely clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Bathroom was huge. convenient to everything. There is a Mexican restaurant within a few steps if you want to get something to eat or drink. There was a vending machine. Staff was very helpful. Staff member also advised us to go into Sandusky to a really great restaurant and we had the best time. Very quiet at night it is tucked away behind the busy road. Parking was very convenient in front of our room. We had two rooms and our older kids were in one room and we were in the other and the door was able to be unlocked so we could Communicate and check on each other. Breakfast in the morning consisted of really delicious waffles, yogurt, coffee, tea, and milk cereal. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others. The price was very reasonable for what we got."

View on Google"4.5 Stars! Stayed here for four nights to enjoy Cedar Point, which was an easy 10-minute drive from this location. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room for what I paid, the beds were super soft and comfy, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and things were pretty quiet (though the thrill center behind it can be kinda loud during some parts of the day if you're staying in one of the back units. If you're away most of the day, though, I doubt you'll even notice). My only issue was that the room stayed pretty humid, even with it being in the high 60s/low 70s (which I suppose is because of the age of the motel, and Lake Erie isn't too far from it). So, I recommend at least keeping the fan on the A/C unit running at all times. Other than that, this is a fantastic budget option if you're planning on visiting the park! Will definitely consider returning on my next Sandusky visit!"
