What Guests Are Saying
“I stayed at the Comfort Inn in Concord/Painesville with my mother while visiting family, and we were there for three and a half weeks. Our experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff was consistently kind, friendly, and welcoming every single day. Each morning, we enjoyed a good breakfast, and it was clear that the employees genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable. They even provided snacks, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made our extended stay very pleasant. After being there for several weeks, we truly felt welcomed and appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable! 😊” — Anita B., 5 stars
“My family stayed 2 nights at the hotel. I was traveling with my Son and 5 yr old granddaughter to see family that live nearby. Our experience with Sara (not sure of spelling) was beyond phenomenal! All of the staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean and the pool was nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. We stayed in a double king room that was huge !” — Carrie S., 5 stars
“This comfort Inn is the rare exception for motels in this price range. Lovely setting, Excellent desk staff, Decent breakfast, Decent bed. I traveled from California to Mass in 5 days, so did see some not so nice Best Westerns, and one “OK” Comfort Inn. This one stood out. More expensive, but worth the cost.” — John S., 5 stars

What guests are saying about Comfort Inn Painesville.
"It's difficult to find a clean, reasonably priced place that allows dogs. After reading the reviews we landed on this spot and I have it saved when we make the trip again in the future! Non-carpeted floors... In my opinion should be in all hotels regardless of pet policy, so loved that. Clean hotel with nice pet area outside. We came in late, left early, but the breakfast had hot items and continental. Quiet and safe, warm and welcoming. The lady who checked us in gave our pup a treat and some greetings. Only comment would be to try and use pet safe salt around the hotel for the winter. We would stay again!"

Speaking of which, the woman at check in, Elaine, was such a delight! She was so friendly and welcoming and she has a heart for dogs! She got down on the ground to greet our timid golden with lots of head scratches and a treat. We arrived late and she was very helpful in getting us settled. The rooms are very small and a tight fit, probably the smallest room I’ve been in, but the cleanliness, and comfort of the beds made up for that! Breakfast was great too. All around a great place to stop!"

I have never stayed at a hotel that had any substantial evening food for free. There was also additional dry breakfast foods available such as yogurt or cereal in addition to the stew. There’s a huge stretch of grass behind the hotel to the McDonald’s great place to walk my dogs. If I ever pass through here again, I will definitely stay again!! Also, the breakfast staff was exceptionally friendly. I came back for a second round of eggs and she told me that she had a new batch coming up."
