"stayed 3 nights with my toddler and boyfriend, a Thursday to a Saturday. great location, close to the highway and plenty of fun activities and places to eat! very friendly and helpful staff! great price, as well! our room was clean and comfortable, exactly what I expected for the price! they do have smoking rooms available, so keep that in mind if you don't like cigarette or green smell! one small suggestion, I wish they'd take breakfast off the website. there was coffee available, but no breakfast! just a very small thing, it doesn't affect my score at all."

"RED ROOF INN & SCAMS! UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND SCAMMERS, ALL AROUND A JOKE! I have never been more uncomfortable at a hotel in my life, that's not because of the few cockroach I saw they were more professional and welcoming than the staff! Me and my husband stayed here a few weeks and had to book another night due to weather and couldn't travel, so we did and checked back in everything is smooth, around 8 that night a man from the front desk called the room and asked if we had any money that came back to our bank account... I checked and I showed him and told him no. He said thank you and left no explanation... Then around 11pm we get a phone call to room and he asked again if I had gotten anything now, I checked and it said pending I told him it was not a the full amount that only 20$ of my room is pending.. he said okay have a good night no explanation... 1AM! Woke up to knocking on the door it was the man at the front desk asking if I could please come down to front desk and pay for the room again I said it is 1AM and you want me to come pay for a room that I already paid for and BEEN IN he finally tells me he accidentally canceled my reservation and I need to pay for my room again I said absolutely not I will pay 20$ since that's all that you sent back he said you know what it's okay come down in morning and we figure it out. Woke up around 5am to phone ringing I get up checked phone and saw I had the man from the front desk texting me saying you can stay in room just come pay cash in morning please cash so I don't get in trouble.. also saying I really messed up that's why I need cash.. I was floored. I waited until owner came he had me pay 20$ and I went back to room . Roads were still not great and we decided not to travel and we booked one more night before long day of driving, we go to front desk already paid online and was checking back in and the WOMAN at the front desk said you are on a do not rent list.. I SAID WHAT?! SHE SAID YOU ARE ON A DO NOT BLOCK LIST I ASKED WHY SHE SAID BECAUSE OF THE SITUATION WITH THE EMPLOYEE.. I SAID HOW IS THAT ANYTHING TO DO WITH US?! She said idk but I can't rent to you because of the situation the owner decided. So I had to call Priceline and all nothing no refund WE LOST OUR MONEY Because OF THE INAPPROPRIATE EMPLOYEE ! THEY ARE ALL RUDE! EXPECIALLY SHEELAH THE BLOND AT Front DESK SHE IS A ABSOLUTE JOKE AND WAS LAUGHING IN OUR FACES SAYING A DO NOT BLOCKED LIST THE WHOLE TIME WE WAS THERE SHE WAS THE MOST RUDE PERSON. HOW DO WE GET BLOCKED OVER A INAPPROPRIATE EMPLOYEE ASKING ME FOR Cash! I HOPE IF YOU GET RID OF THE COCKROACHS THAT WHEN THEY LEAVE THEY TAKE YOUR STAFF MANAGEMENT AND OWERS RIGHT ALING WITH EM! SHOOT LET THEM RUN IT THEY WOULD BE A UPGRADE FROM THE BED BUGS FOR A STAFF THEY HAVE NOW!"

"For a Red Roof Inn, this stood out for me. The room was clean (no bed bugs, the floor and bathroom were clean ... NO cigarette burns or smell) and the front desk clerk was nice. I stay at Red Roof Inns because they're affordable and pet friendly when I'm just on the road and I don't need to do anything but sleep safely. There was a larger small fridge and some nice green areas for me to walk my dogs for potty (and it looks like people pick up after themselves, too!) There was a little smoke/weed/air freshener smell in the hallways but I come to expect that in just-for-the-night motels. Just off the highway, too! Very recommended for an affordable overnight!"
