"This place is awesome. I stopped here in a hot shot truck at 2230 and the gentleman still had some rooms. The gentleman was awesome, I accidentally booked the wrong date through my company's app and he fixed it on the spot. The room was clean and cozy. I did have to park the truck across the street at Kroger because I was too long for their parking lot. The gentlemen in the evening said Kroger at Best Western had an agreement and I would not be towed. I'll definitely be back there if I have to stay in or around the Cleveland area."

In the middle of a busy time with other customers on her side, she ensured everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. Additional edit: Rob checked us in when we got there and he was super friendly towards myself and my children. Made us feel very at home in this hotel."
