"Absolutely Fabulous Hotel! I couldn’t decide which hotel to go to in this area. All the other hotels had varying reviews, but this one had the most consistently positive feedback, but was a little more expensive, and I’d never heard of this brand name. So we thought we’d give it a try, and we’re so glad we did. The staff were friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay comfortable. Ebony at the front desk was exceptional: welcoming, helpful, and full of useful information. Really grateful for allowing us an earlier check-in after our long flight from Australia and an 8-hour overnight layover at Boston airport. The room was spacious and very clean as was the downstairs lobby and dining room. The cost included a hot breakfast daily and dinner meal every night, plus 3 free alcoholic beverages per night per guest which I had no idea about when we booked. But if you are not interested in the hotel food, there are lots of restaurants close by. The shower was hot with great pressure and very clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. Overall we were very happy with our stay and we’ll definitely be staying at more Drury Hotels in the future. Cons: Only downside was on Saturday night, the dining area turned quite chaotic with kids from several pool parties running around and crowding the dining area. The children were also racing up and down the elevators between the pool and their rooms, with no parents in sight. It could’ve been a one-off but may be something to consider if you prefer a quieter stay. Aside from that one evening, the previous night was mostly adults and much calmer and was a fantastic place to stay."

"Upon arriving to the hotel, I was greeted by Miss Starr . She was very kind and sweet and patient she went above and beyond to get me checked in. The rooms are very spacious nice size .They offer complementary drinks for the evening for your stay.. they provide free breakfast and dinner. Every staff member I came across was very kind pleasant sweet genuine. It’s been a while since I’ve had great customer service. This hotel is very clean. Very nice. They have a popcorn machine. They have drinks you can have throughout the evening if you get thirsty. Nice clean pool. We ended up staying another night. Dakota was very helpful. He also went above and beyond. When I went to pay for my additional night, Miss Jewel, who I had the pleasure of meeting also went above and beyond for my extended night. This hotel has employees who actually care about the people and provide great customer service."

"This is a very clean, nicely decorated hotel in a great location. The hotel seemed really clean and our bed was very comfortable. The evening happy hour meal/snack was an added bonus. Breakfast was great with alot of options. The kids loved the pool and there is alot of restaurant and shopping options nearby. The front desk was great. I believe the lady we dealt with was Starr. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly."
