“Stayed here for several days while visiting family. Convenient to downtown CF. Easy highway access. Plenty of parking. Coffee, hot water and ice water in lobby. Fridge and microwave in room. Quiet and good white noise with fan on. Suite style allows you to close off the bedroom. TV’s in both rooms. Comfortable bed with lots of pillow options. Updated rooms. Clean. Heated indoor pool. Exercise area. Hot expanded breakfast. The attention to details gave them this high rating. The housekeeping kept us fully stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast had outstanding service. Tina kept all the hot choices full and warm. Constantly cleaning. It was extremely busy and she kept up with the demand even making our waffles and delivering them to the table. We wanted to clean up after the baby and toddler food mess and she insisted we not worry about it and immediately picked up and wiped after them. “This hotel was recommended among others on a blog for the area and I thought the reviews, as well as the price, seemed ideal to go ahead and book. I was nothing but pleased with my stay from start to finish! Friendly staff, clean facility, quiet, clean and updated room! Coffee in the lobby served, what appeared to be 24/7, was greatly appreciated and delicious. Would definitely stay again, the efforts from the staff front to back made it a very lovely stay for my friend and I to enjoy a weekend of hiking in Cuyahoga with great rest in between jaunts— with very comfy beds, I might add!! :)” — Meg, 5 stars

“We don’t usually stay at this hotel (brand), but reviews made it sound ok so we gave it a shot. We were in town for a last min unplanned in advance event that was very costly so we wanted a less costly place to sleep. Room was clean as was lobby. Breakfast was ok, nothing standout but acceptable. Everyone (staff) was very nice. Room was made up quickly in morn. We stayed 2 nights.
