The staff were great and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and eager to help. There are lots of nice restaurants inside the hotel, which makes dining convenient and enjoyable. The hotel also has a big, beautiful open space that looks down onto the courtyard. It creates a bright and impressive atmosphere as soon as you walk through the lobby. One of the highlights is the bar on the 28th floor. It has a full 360 panoramic view of downtown Columbus and is absolutely worth a visit. It is the perfect spot for a drink while taking in the skyline. Overall, the Hilton Columbus Downtown delivers a great experience with beautiful rooms, excellent service, great dining options, and a memorable rooftop bar. Five stars."

View on Google"This hotel is perfectly located near many key tourist areas in Columbus. The hotel is huge and a bit of a maze but that's part of the fun. There are several restaurants and bars inside of the hotel and adjoining it and it's about a 3-minute walk to the arena to watch the Blue Jackets. Staff were great. Check-in was easy. We loved our stay."
