“I had the pleasure to meet Dedo Dixon at the Westin Hotel downtown Cleveland while I was staying there. I’ve been staying at Marriott’s for 35 years and I have NEVER met such a great person before at any Marriott. I was going through so much while I was there, I was a little depressed and couldn’t stop crying. Mr. Dixon should own a fleet of hotels because the empathy that he had for me is unmatched. He took the time out of his work day to make sure that I was ok mentally before leaving that hotel. I hate that he doesn’t live in Cleveland Ohio because I hate to see him go. “I stayed here the last two nights and liked it. There are a few things that are not perfect, but overall it is top notch. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful. My room was nice with a great view of the Terminal Tower out my window. I was n the 16th floor. I do some reno is going on as I saw when the elevator stopped at a floor and I could see it torn apart. The bathroom is fine and the tub/shower had some really neat tiles on the walls of it and a rainforest shower head.
