The Westin Cincinnati
"Central Fountain Square hotel with Heavenly beds, conference facilities, and friendly staff—older building with dated rooms by some accounts."
About The Hotel
The Westin Cincinnati is a central 4.1-rated (1,851 reviews) hotel on Fountain Square, featuring the Westin Heavenly bed and the city’s main downtown conference facilities. Located on East 5th Street with strong proximity (4.6 location score) to the convention center, riverfront stadiums, and the free streetcar loop, it offers a bar, lounge, and fitness center with reliable, friendly front-desk service. A reliable, very central full-service hotel rather than an in-room-jacuzzi property. Honest note: it is an older building and several reviews call the rooms spacious but dated and worn; ask for a quieter side away from Fountain Square, which can be noisy.
What Guests Are Saying
“Many of the reviews below were close to accurate but all it took was Jobi, from reception, who on the get go made our check in process seamless knowing that we were there for a wedding event. She quickly rectify by putting us in larger room from a botched unclean room. She went far and beyond to give us free appetizers at McCormicks. The hamburger was awesome there using brioche bread. I felt sorry for the sole chef who was overwhelmed cooking breakdast for every guest. The line was long. Overall, I had a great stay.” — Greg P., 5 stars
“Both Jovi and Felicia were the friendliest people that I’ve met at a hotel in a long time. They both went above and beyond. You’re blessed to have these two beautiful personalities upfront for Weston Hotel Cincinnati. Keep up the good work girls. I look forward to my next stay.” — Mike D., 5 stars
“Katherine is an excellent employee and very attentive! It was truly a pleasure being assisted by her. Please let her know about the professional and excellent job she does. Customer service 100/100” — Bautista H., 5 stars

What guests are saying about The Westin Cincinnati.
"Wonderful service with a fast check-in. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Full service bar downstairs to pregame before your evening adventures. A close proximity to outstanding restaurants nearby. The gym was top notch. This hotel exceeded most expectations. They provide valet parking but a garage is attached for public self service parking. Pricey at $21 a day. Also if you are not a Westin member, you have to pay for the wifi. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

Every single person I have encountered here has been nothing but nice, helpful, and goes above and beyond their duties. There was a leak in my room and not only did Spencer get me into a new(and upgraded) room, what stood out was how much he showed that he cared about me and my inconvenience. Theresa in housekeeping was so sweet and helpful. The bartender at the bar is so kind and funny. The entire front desk team is such a delight and truly cares about their jobs and guest satisfaction. I can’t compliment this team enough. In a world of so little true human interaction, this team is genuine and exudes hospitality."

View on Google"Children with disabilities are not weak. They are children with extraordinary courage, living every day with challenges that most of us never face. Some cannot walk, some cannot see clearly, some struggle to speak—but all of them feel deeply. They feel pain, hope, fear, and love just like any other child. Many of these children wake up each morning not knowing whether they will receive proper care, education, or even a warm meal. Yet, when they smile, that smile carries more strength than words. When they try again after falling, they teach us the true meaning of determination. Our purpose is simple: to bring dignity, care, and opportunity to children with disabilities through awareness, compassion, and community support. We believe help should come from the heart—not from pressure, not from obligation, but from understanding. This profile exists to share real stories, real needs, and real impact—while respecting all platform guidelines and community values. If something here touches your heart, you are welcome to learn more about our mission. Support, when it comes, should always be voluntary and guided by kindness. For those who wish to contribute or understand how small acts can create meaningful change, a QR code is available on our profile display picture. It provides transparent access to further information and ways to help. Even a small gesture can change a child’s future. Sometimes, it only takes one moment of empathy to turn tears into hope. See these children not with sympathy alone, but with respect. Not with pity, but with humanity. Because when we uplift them, we uplift our own society."
