What Guests Are Saying
“Ashleigh made our experience at the Cincinnatian Hotel feel effortless from the moment we arrived. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient—handling our car with care while making us feel genuinely welcomed. It’s rare to come across someone who balances speed with such great customer service, but Ashleigh does it seamlessly. Her positive attitude really set the tone for our stay. If you’re lucky enough to have her as your valet, you’re in great hands.” — loganne M., 5 stars
“First time staying at The Cincinnatian - will stay again. Rooms are spacious, and well appointed. Large bathroom, heated floors and best hotel shower set up. Valet (Conrad) was awesome- super friendly and hustled during a busy morning of may guests retrieving cars all at once.” — Miki F., 5 stars
“Great stay. I’ve been a fan of the property for decades. Long before it was a Hilton. The room was clean and spacious. My valet Conrad was super courteous and attentive and every aspect of The hotel exceeded my expectations.” — Aaron E., 5 stars

View on Google"We stayed for long weekend. Staff were all very nice and helpful. there were couple of valet parking staff that were little less than happy to be there so that would be my only negative in regards to better F2F customer service but didn't deter from overall stay. oh yes valet since it is downtown. can try other garages for cheaper option but don't see street parking. Manager was very excited to share information about the historic hotel when I asked. the room I was assigned to was opened though and when I went down to the front desk, they immediately changed my room, went to check on that room, walked us to our new room. great service. large rooms! everything worked just fine. great location, we walked to the river, 5-10 mins. neighborhood has plenty of places to eat. Overall great stay!"
