“The hotel was filthy from the outside doors, to the carpet in the hallways, the bathroom in our room had hair in the tub and in the floor (a lot), the bathroom door was dirty. We used Lysol wipes to wipe down everything and the wipes were black from dirt. The hotel also had an unpleasant odor, we had to spray lot of Lysol. We only stayed because every hotel I called was booked and I couldn’t get a refund even if I would have found something else.” — tye21ant, 1 star
