“Stayed here 6 nights - customer service was top notch by all staff esp front desk staff ( in person and via phone ) I’d like to especially thank Katherine ( both) that I had interactions with - Parking was plentiful except on Mother’s Day ( due to people going to buffet) - we enjoyed the pool and lazy river during our stay - did get to enjoy new outdoor seated marina area due to having a lot of rainy days during our stay - liked new renovated ( new carpet , paint , refreshed rooms since our last visit but noted no safe in room )” — Kokie, 5 stars

"A1 staff! We took our 21 yr old son with Down syndrome and the staff could not have been more amazing. You guys made his first trip to a casino one of the most memorable times he has had. Thank you so much!"

View on Google"I was there for a work conference and the room was comfortable. However, there are a few obnoxious odors and the ice machine did not work on that floor. However, I am a Girl Scout and always have disinfectant spray and air freshener. Have the buffet and it was delicious!"
