What Guests Are Saying

“We were in the area for the night after visiting the Memphis zoo with the grandkids. Our room was clean and comfortable, and there was a surprising number of options at breakfast the following morning, including biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage. Overall I feel it was good value for the money spent.” — Wander53111202382, 5 stars

“This experience was horrible I was scammed out $126 and lied too about making a reservation on a day I knew nothing about. It’s a no go for me.” — Malik J., 1 star

“Driving in a semi w a service dog, I’ve learned to call before making reservations to make sure there are proper accommodations. Spoke with a women who said they could accommodate both. When I got there I was told I needed to “park at my own risk” not on their property. Then I was told there was an extra $25 for my dog (which is actually illegal to charge for a service dog) and I also needed to give them $100 in CASH for a pet deposit. The manager, Danny Patel, asked very invasive questions about why I had a service dog and asked to see a certification-which the government doesn’t even give!! Horrible experience. I ended up not staying and will never be back again” — Lisa J., 1 star

"I stayed at this property for one night and like it very much so decided to come for 4 more. The hotel is conveniently located next to the interstate with shopping around. The ground are beautifully kept, rooms are fine and A/C was working efficiently. The staff, especially Danny, was very friendly and helpful, was kind enough to assist me with my car problems and very accommodating with all my requests and needs. The pool was clean and very quiet, just what I needed. I’m sure I’ll return"

"They are very accommodating, i have been staying here for about a month for work, I brought my Play station. They set me up on a separate wifi network because the play station wasn't compatible with their guest wifi. Housekeeping came by daily to take out the trash and replace the sheets. Never had a problem with any of the staff. They were all very friendly and polite. I would definelty come stay here again if I come back out to this area"
