“We booked adjoining rooms for a family trip. Both rooms were not cleaned well at all and very dusty. We never heard back from housekeeping about this issue and I also provided the card to the lady at the front desk upon checking out Sunday Oct. 15th regarding the issues in the rooms and have yet to hear from management. I cleaned the bathrooms myself and had a family member bring me a vacuum to clean the floors myself. The couches in the rooms need to be completely cleaned as they are full of stains.
