SureStay By Best Western Richland

"I am a truck driver and my truck broke down and is in the shop nearby my company got me a room here at this hotel I was reading the reviews and some of them had me a little worried but granted I have stayed in hotels motels all over the nation so I feel like I should know what's bad and what is good honestly for the price of this place from my experience it's good a few cosmetic issues that need to be fixed like the beam in the middle of the room is separating from the ceiling not sure if thats a load bearing beam if so then thats not good if it's just for looks to separate the bed from the couch area then a few nails some caulk and paint will suffice.... im not a fan of the slanted night stands on either side of the bed I just left my drink on the table across the room cause I didn't want it to fall off one of my lamps on the left side of the bed is broken and dangling by the wires I seen a few spots in the room that need to be cleaned better but I didnt see any BUGS like some of these reviews said the only bug was in the ceiling light pretty sure it's dead but I didnt see roaches or no bed bugs I checked the mattress as I always do when staying at other places shower was clean and worked well hot water works great! Toilet was clean there are a few stains on the cushion of the pullout couch AC works great and the Heat it was a little noisy since my room is right by the stairs and vending machine but it didnt bother me the bed was nice and clean and comfy I slept well I didnt use the pool and I didnt get breakfast so idk how those were but all in all I would stay here again I've stayed in some bad horrible places across the nation and this place is far far far from those it really is all what you make of it and your mindset if it's not a expensive place then don't go to that place with high standards and expectations lol .......I was in room #120 thank you for the nice comfortable stay"
