In-room jetted tubs are not standard amenities and must be confirmed at booking.

What Guests Are Saying

“Real Good rooms breakfast was less to be desired looked in juice machine it was dirty other than that no complaints” — Larry G., 3 stars

“My daughter, her friend, and I made it to hotel on Saturday (5/2/26) evening at around 4pm. We immediately went check our rooms. In my daughter’s room none of the lamps worked so her and her friend had to switch to another room. First of all I was lied to when I made reservations, I was told the two rooms could be side by side. My room was on the first floor and my daughter’s room was on the second floor. Two of my lamps didn’t work in my room but I didn’t feel like moving to another room so I just dealt with it. She couldn’t play her PlayStation 5 because there was no signal on the tv. The elevator was broken so we had to take the stairs. The hotel phones didn’t work in either of our rooms. The hotel WiFi wouldn’t connect to our phones. In order to get fresh towels we had to walk to the front desk and return the used towels. The rooms had a weird smell, good thing I had my own cleaning supplies. It was awful and I have no plans to go back. The only good thing about the stay was the rooms prices, they were affordable. The website needs to be updated there is no early check-in or late check-out.” — Reanecia W., 1 star

“We booked three rooms for a group stay and checked in at approximately 3:00 PM. Upon entering the rooms, we immediately noticed multiple serious issues involving cleanliness, maintenance, and safety. These included mold in several areas (including around AC units and wall edges), dirty bedding with hair present, dust and debris under beds, dirty or damaged fixtures, non-working lights, and a leaking toilet that created a slip hazard. There were also significant safety concerns with the property itself, including a non-functioning elevator and an exterior stairwell door that did not appear to lock, allowing unrestricted access to the building. One member of our group is 80 years old with mobility limitations, making these conditions especially concerning. We left for a scheduled event and, after discussing the conditions, determined the rooms were not safe or suitable for an overnight stay. Upon returning, we were offered alternative rooms; however, those rooms also showed similar issues, and the overall safety concerns were not resolved. As a result, we did not stay overnight and secured alternative accommodations elsewhere. We reported the issues to staff at the front desk and requested assistance; however, we were informed that a refund could not be issued. While we understand that hotels may have limitations, the conditions we experienced were not acceptable for guest safety or comfort. We hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards to prevent future guests from experiencing similar issues.” — Vanessa B., 1 star
