What Guests Are Saying

“Beautiful, older hotel, but 1984 is calling!!! Needs major updates. No USB ports, few outlets. A/C doesn’t work well, checked 6 floors, no ice machines working. 4 elevators, only 1 operating during our stay. Desk chair covering is falling apart.” — Scott C., 2 stars

“From the outside, I was impressed but once I finally got to my room, I was very disappointed. Dates furniture showing overtime signs of distress. Place is desperately needing a remodel. Worst thing was the elevator(s). Only one seemed to be working and it wasn’t working well. Not acceptable for a building of this size. Got on to go to the lobby by myself and hit then L button, we immediately went to the penthouse twice, back to my floor and finally down. No on got on but me. Bathrooms are aged, no body wash available in the shower. Also, what kind of a hotel has a bar that closes at 9 pm. Unacceptable” — Trip88861, 2 stars

“Extremely dated hotel. Don’t stay if you’re a business traveler.” — Mike T., 1 star

"I stopped here for my first time on a business trip and this was the hotel booked for me. Mrs. Nia with the beautiful smile went above and beyond getting me taken care of, checking if I had rewards, and just overall providing awesome customer service. The photos on google do not do the building justice. Great experience will definitely return."

"Love this hotel. Its definitely older but consistently clean and well maintained. Also, the front desk attendants are always welcoming and helpful no matter what time of day or night. While my wall paper has signs of serious wear, the linens and bathroom were perfectly clean and tidy. The room was well tended to and my bed slept very well. Lastly but very importantly, the showers have top tier water pressure. I feel like I'm washing my soul with that shower head, lol. Elevators can be a pain, but the location is prime. Ill take the good over any bad here and I'll definitely stay here again."
