“Not impressed at all. Hotel is older and definitely in need of some updates. Our king size room was spacious, but no side chair or full length mirror, and lighting was minimal. Room temperature was set to 66 degrees … took most of the night to warm up to a reasonable temperature. No USB plugs for plugging in electronics, and all of the outlets were so loose nothing would stay plugged in. (Finally found one good outlet in the bathroom.). The bed was comfortable, once you climbed up on it, as it was so high it was difficult to get in. Breakfast was bare bones, with no attendant in site. Trash in elevator at 6:00 pm in the evening was still there the next morning. I usually find the Best Western Plus brand to be good, but this one doesn’t rate the label.” — Lisa A., 3 stars
