“The room wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. I went to notify the lady at the front desk. And she assumed I was a stay over and after telling her my bed was t made she told me it wasn’t her job to make my bed. I had to correct her and explain I had literally checked in 5 minutes ago. "I am currently staying at Holiday Inn Express at Fulton Mississippi… and wanted to mention an extraordinary staff member that I had the pleasure of meeting last night… Wow!!! TJ is outstanding, customer service at its BEST!!! She went above and beyond with a problem that I had… nothing to do with the hotel … but really couldn’t do enough to help… she is a credit to the hotel and gives excellent customer service to everyone she meets… I saw her checking in multiple people while I was down in reception and the level of service she offers is really something incredible.. a valuable asset…. This level of service needs to be recognised!!!"

Pleasant front desk help, TJ, was super sweet and helpful! Highly recommend this...don't stay in Tupelo! Go to Fulton and stay here!"
