"This hotel offers clean rooms and a friendly, attentive staff. I arrived earlier than expected, but Samantha was able to get me checked in quickly and did so with a very pleasant demeanor. After settling in, I took advantage of the well-equipped fitness center and got in a great workout before dinner. When I discovered the remote batteries were dead, Antais promptly resolved the issue. He was the most professionally dressed staff member I encountered, and his attitude was even more impressive. The room’s air conditioning worked perfectly, and the shower had excellent water pressure and temperature. Breakfast options were plentiful and allowed me to start the day feeling full and satisfied. While I didn’t quite understand the extra furniture in the room, it didn’t affect my stay. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area."

They didn't greet me as a honors member, claimed they didn't have any king bed rooms even though I had confirmation of booking. After I asked for some water, she removed one of the bottles from the bag before providing it. The breakfast was of lower standard than other Hilton hotels in both quantity of options and quality of what was available."
