View on Google"First day of a 5 day stay. The bad so far..no acknowledgement of IHG member. Just sign paperwork and there's the elevator. This hotel does not allow guest to charge marketplace items to the room. This is not the first time I have seen this, but very rarely. Plus, no receipt for Marketplace purchases(they don't take cash). As a business traveler, I have to have a receipt for all my purchases during business travel. I usually spend a few $$ each week at Marketplace. Not here. Bad business decision. Good...Room is nice and updated. Clean..smells good. We'll see how the rest of the week plays out."
