Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi
"4.2-rated music-themed casino resort with pool hot tub, spa, and themed suites on the Gulf."
About The Hotel
Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi at 777 Beach Blvd delivers a lively, music-themed Gulf-front casino getaway rated 4.2 stars from 3,375 reviews, with rates from $88 to $170 per night. The property features a pool with a shared pool-deck hot tub, a spa, a casino, bar and lounge, live music, and themed suites. Guests praise the spacious rooms, Gulf views, and the pool area, including a semi-private hot tub alcove. However, feedback is mixed: some recent guests report room and service inconsistencies, maintenance issues, and dated furnishings. The karaoke bar and unique memorabilia appeal to many, but the busy, high-energy atmosphere suits casino-and-music travelers rather than those seeking quiet. Resort and parking fees may apply. Jetted-tub suites are available and should be confirmed at booking.
What Guests Are Saying
“We enjoyed our visit. The rooms and hotel in general very clean. The view of the gulf is amazing. The elevators worked well and the beds were nice and comfy. I loved the pool area. There is a hot tub which sits in a semi private alcove that no one seems to go to. I loved it. The restaurants are good. The only complaint that keeps it from a 5 star is the lack of daily housekeeping. Tip: stay during the week. The rates are much lower.” — Lavinia M., 4 stars
“Ya might think twice about going on friday or Saturday nights as the machines get taken up quickly after 6pm. Later around 8pm they dont seem to have any or not many cleaning people because the slot buttons and area are super dirty. Cigarettes, nasty Kleenex , drink left overs that are usually spilled or dripped all over. Watch your seats also. They do let the homeless in and they dont usually have the cleanest clothes. Think about it ! The music is good I will say that. The people at the players club are nice and helpful. As for the karaoke bar upstairs was fun to listen too but kind of not busy. They don’t advertise it much at all but it was fun and they do have a bar up there also. Some good singers.. LOL and then the FUN ones.. that cant sing a tune that make people laugh and have fun. One big problem though is they kind of are forgetting about the handicap and elderly people that might want to go up there, the elevators dont work they said. Not good. We’ve been coming here for years and like it but the machine have gotten pretty tight all around and the price they are putting on the machines to play with no fun action very often get rather boring and money goes way to quick. They need loser slots before they build any more casinos in the area.. I think there are about 12 already. We used to hear a lot of jackpots about ? 3 years ago and now we might hear 2-4 a night. If your going to play 88cents or dollar you might really want to go do the real dollar machines.. at least you know you might get a really big amount back. Those are tight too though LOL.. but still ! Just remember your there to have fun and not get in debt over getting more and more money off your credit cards, youll kick yourself later.” — candg2017, 3 stars

"Server Jana was great. Awesome smile suggested we add ribs to the four appetizers plate to make it five. We were not disappointed. You can tell she likes what she does. Would come back again"

View on Google"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the pleasure of dining at the Hard Rock Cafe in Biloxi, and I just have to say that my experience was made unforgettable by two exceptional people: Chance, our server, and the Associate General Manager Shane. From the moment we sat down, Chance was incredibly professional, attentive, and friendly. While my food arrived a bit cold, Chance handled the situation with such care and professionalism. He made sure everything was taken care of quickly and to my satisfaction. Additionally, the Associate General Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Their customer service was top-notch, and they genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. Thanks to the way both Chance and the AGM handled things, I will definitely be returning to this Hard Rock Cafe. It’s rare to encounter such great service, and it made my visit that much more enjoyable!"
