Golden Nugget Biloxi
"3.8-rated Gulf-front casino resort with confirmed in-room Jacuzzi Suites, spa, and pool; quality varies."
About The Hotel
Golden Nugget Casino & Resort at 151 Beach Blvd offers a genuine in-room Jacuzzi Suite option for couples and casino-goers seeking a Gulf-front getaway. Rated 3.8 stars from 4,090 reviews with rates from $116 to $153 per night, the property delivers confirmed Jacuzzi Suites, a spa, a pool, a casino, bar and lounge, and dining on the Gulf. However, recent guest feedback reveals significant concerns: complaints about room condition, pool maintenance, and service inconsistencies across towers. Guests report awkward bathroom designs, maintenance issues, and misleading pool advertising. While the casino, dining, and staff professionalism receive praise, upkeep varies considerably. Resort and parking fees may apply. Confirm your specific room type and read recent reviews before booking.
What Guests Are Saying
“Excellent hotel will stay here again,” — Sandra J., 5 stars
""BLUF: I don’t recommend staying here due to room and pool “disappointments”. Employees were professional and friendly, and the eateries and casino were better than average. The room: awkward bathroom design. Doorstop anchored to floor next to tub presents a safety hazard (see pic). Toilet seat tended to not stay upright after lifting, tub faucet handle came off in my hand. No soap in shower dispenser. No bathroom fan. Use of bowl vs sink left no room for personal grooming items. Most electrical outlets would not secure appliance connectors, which at times would just fall out of socket. One wall socket by balcony not secured at all (safety hazard). Ugliness of balcony flooring with cigarette butts spoiled a potentially beautiful view. The pool: I could not “Dive into Luxury” at H2O (the pool). The hype of the false advertising (see brochure pic) for this wading pool (pool depth is less than three feet and diving IS NOT ALLOWED!) caused a HUGE disappointment. To top that off, the toilets in the pool area’s men’s room (see pic) presented an unsafe situation for all but contortionists (my back is still quite painful), and the urinals are way too close together (I prefer not to rub shoulders while performing a private bodily function). We may come back to gamble or eat, but definitely not to stay.” Golden Nugget’s canned reply to this review provided to another web source was: (Response from the owner a day ago) “Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We value your feedback and hope to see you again soon.” No acknowledgement or accountability. The only other time I had a major problem with a Biloxi Hotel/Casino they took responsibility and I was compensated with three nights and a dinner for two at their gourmet restaurant. They made it right and did not lose me as a customer. The first time we stay at a different place??? Total disaster. FYI: room was 717; unable to load bathroom doorstop pic.” — Thomas M., 1 star
“Really no need to write anything here. Just read the previous reviews and judge from those reviews and pictures. Even the pictures cannot really show how bad this property really is. Front staff team was rude, no linen change unless staying 4 nights, smoke everywhere. This is the property from HELL. Stay at the Hard Rock, Beau Rivage, Palace, anywhere but here. This property should be condemned as I do not believe even a renovation could help.” — vonwater, 1 star

"I visited this casino for the first time, and let me tell you; I was blown away. The service was unmatched, the staff was incredibly friendly, and someone even took the time to teach me a table game step-by-step like I was a VIP. The atmosphere was welcoming, the experience was memorable, and now I totally get why people rave about this place. I’m already planning my next weekend getaway here in a couple of months and trust me, if you’re looking for a fun spot with great energy and hospitality, this one is worth the visit. ⭐️🎰✨"

View on Google"Very nice midweek work trio with my sister. We met halfway and got a room here. The Bubba Gump Shrimp Co food was delicious, the bartender made us some awesome drinks and she was nice! We had breakfast added to the room for 2x Classic Breakfast but it was a bummer that drinks weren’t included. The casino was great, just enough. We went in a Thursday so it wasn’t crowded. No issues with WiFi in the room. The pool was open and we saw one family there around 5pm ish and a couple little in the water. We had so much fun losing money!! We had a nice view from our room that overlooked pool. While at the slots and tables, a waitress walked around and served drinks of our choice. This hotel and casino is right next to Margaritaville, a few minutes walk and you’re at Hard Rock hotel and casino, Fat Tuesdays, Harrah’s and Beau Rivage resort and casino. And to top it all off, the strip is right along the beach!! Must visit! We’ll definitely be back for even more fun!!"
