"I took my girls for a night stay because we had an early appt. It was comfortable and clean. Heads up, the hot tub is not working. We had a rain shower faucet which was nice but did not offer great pressure. Everything else was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. Maybe it was just me, but Google maps was not completely accurate with the location. It placed us down the road from the actual hotel."

View on Google"We stay at Country Inn Saint Cloud West a couple times each year when we come to the area to visit family. We have been doing this for years, and are never disappointed. For our most recent stay we spent 6 nights and were in town for a family funeral. We had other family members coming to town as well and I suggested they stay here. I cannot say enough about the manager Maggie. She made sure all of our family had the accommodations that we needed for our family at this very difficult time. Thank you Maggie! Check in and check out was very smooth. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Our room, the pool area, and the breakfast area were all clean and well equipped as always. A shout out to Allen who took care of the breakfast area. He does a great job and was a pleasure to talk to. I will add that I see there are complaints about the hot tub being out of service. The hotel clearly explained the boiler had broken and they were waiting on a part which was back ordered. This is out of their control. Also, there was an issue with the elevator. We asked to be moved to the 1st floor and the gentleman at the front desk(I think his name was Chris) took care of this for us. The elevator issue was quickly repaired, but again, out of their control. This is, and has always been a great place to stay. We will be back."
