"I stayed here for 11 days for a work trip. Everything was excellent. It's considered a "budget hotel" on Google Maps, but I had no complaints. The room didn't have a weird smell, and very importantly, the tap water tasted good for drinking! The blinds were proper blackout curtains. They let no street light in at night. The only off smell was one of the elevators that smelled of cigarettes. It cleared up a bit over a week. Every employee that I interacted with was friendly. The breakfast was not of supreme quality and there was no flip waffle maker, but the man (Robert, I think) preparing the breakfast always hung out and said good morning to everyone who came in. The traffic noise outside of the hotel was not great, but that's more of a fault of the foolish Minneapolis urban planners that choose to put 3 lanes of traffic all through a downtown. The location is good, being just a few blocks away from Peavey Plaza and Nicollet Mall. I took the Metro bus to work in the mornings, and the stop was only two blocks from the hotel."
