"Spent a couple days here in December 2025. Very cold outside but our room, The Amish Room was totally comfortable. The folk from Minnesota know how to create a comfortable environment. Great room with external door, comfortable beds and a great room heater that kept us totally comfortable. Anne, the host was wonderful. She called us when we arrived at the Minneapolis airport and arranged for our late arrival. She made breakfast at 8 am and even gave me her personal hot sauce. Wonderful lady and great host. Our external basement door pointed us straight away to the best little brewery, Sylvan Brewery. Great people and really good beers. I've been to Lanesboro numerous times but this is now our go to place!"
